Our pure extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed immediately after harvesting in the olive mill co-op of Emparou and only by mechanical means.
Our extra virgin oil has never exceeded 0.35 in oleic acid and usually ranges from 0.19 to 0.25.
It is packed immediately and stored in a shady and cool place until it reaches your hands. Truly an exceptional extra virgin olive oil.
